Oh god I am sorry for makeing a journal about this but I am in agony because its that time of month again ! I am geting very bad cramps I feal sick , I am stressed because my mum just fell over !! I havent had these realy bad cramps for a long time , the last time I had them I was sweating and was crying because it hurt so much ! That was in the night , god !! But I am not sweating just really hot and sick ! Knowing my body it will go on for two days .
